Olivandro Co. started with one trailer, one framing crew and a simple observation: central Arkansas was full of cheap outbuildings that were already failing. Big-box kits set on grass. Prebuilt barns dropped on unlevel ground. Doors that would not close by year two.

We build the other way. Every project begins with a site walk where we look at where water goes during a storm, how a trailer can reach the spot, and whether the setback lines allow what you are picturing. Then we build to a written scope with a fixed price.

How a project runs

1. Call or request a quote. Five minutes on the phone tells us most of what we need.
2. On-site visit. Free. We measure, check access and drainage, and talk through size and materials.
3. Written quote. Itemized, fixed, no allowances that mysteriously grow.
4. Site prep. Pad, piers or slab coordination.
5. Build. Most residential sheds go up in one to three days.
6. Walkthrough. We adjust doors, sweep the site and haul off scrap before we invoice.
